In our ongoing effort to improve and provide the best football experience for your child, we ask that you take a few minutes to fairly complete and submit the following evaluation. When completing the evaluation please keep in mind that all coaches are volunteers who except additional responsibilities and obligations on behalf of all the players on their team and the Elmhurst Eagles organization.
